Why would you make an effort to coming to a clean closure of your ending relationship?
It is a big gain to be able to coming to a clean closure because during a painful separation you are conditioning yourself to hurt.

No matter how much you try to forget all your hurts, these hurts will still be there and in a conditioned state, they will run havoc in your life after breaking-up moving forward.

Release all anger, fear, hurt.
Release as much negativity and heaviness as you can in order to come to a clean close of your ending relationship.
