Is it me or both of us?

Me and my mom have never really been super close and that’s what I really need to figure out about us.

I suffer from Aspburgers mental disorder and depression. I can’t do anything about the Aspburgers but I take medication for the depression. Me and my mom fight a lot.

I started to take the medication a few months ago and everything was great.
No fighting no screaming at each other.
A few months ago I started getting headaches and I thought it was the medication.
We went to the doctor and she put me on Welbutren. That wasn’t working well. So we went back on Prozac.
I feel a little better but it doesn’t seem to be working.
We have started fighting again and I don’t know what to do.
