Mother and Daughters Living Worlds Apart in the Same House

Please help me with my 2 daughters! I have a 17 1/2 yr old daughter, and a 12yr daughter.
They are very different but yet the same. What I mean by this is they both try to talk back, they both act like they hate me, until they want something.

They are always mad when they're at home and away they're all smiles. And sometimes they are very disrespectful. I feel hat if they thought they could beat me they would try me.

Their father lives in the house with us but he’s very ill and irritated all the time so he’s always fighting me and arguing with all of us. He’s making us dislike him.

We don’t like his house we live in because his first, second and third wives and their children lived here. And all the rest of his children outside marriage and their children too.
The house is old, torn up, falling apart, molding and its just ugly.

My daughters and I never interact in the house. They say hurtful things to me and I go off and cry. They talk to me but when I give a response they say that’s stupid just get out.

My oldest is about to graduate and I’m trying to help her with college forms but she doesn’t want my help. My 12yr old is really mature for her age and is having sexual desires.
Please help me!
